Vintage Midget For Sale? - posted 9 May, 2009
"We just built/had built our NEW USAC Ford Focus Midget for 2009. We have over $40,000 in this beautiful Midget.  We're interested in a trade of m/l same value, etc. My Dad (Sam VanDenBurg) was Rex Mays's mechanic for Mr. Mays at Indy and in the Los Angeles area in the 30's and 40's. Rex was killed at Delmar in 1949 and my Dad cried for a week. Anyway, I'm his Sson (Sammy VanDenBurg) and my partner Kristi and myself are just trying to keep his dream alive.  Most of the vintage cars are not from around here (Medford, Oregon), so it's difficult to find something.  It's also difficult to make a deal without seeing the car, etc.  The Q5 car in Aust is a great example of what were looking for. He wants $US25,000 for the vehicle, which is in the ballpark, but he won't trade,................CASH only.......ugh. Anyway, if you can steer us onto someone or some link, we would greatly appreciate it..........warmly".

If you can assist Sammy, please make contact ats per below or email at Shaundo@aol.com
